There are 3 ways to become a client of Luv & Care. 

 

1. PRIVATE PAY - A private pay client is when the client or family will pay for non-medical, personal assistance services out of pocket.  The rates will depend upon the level of care.

 

2. MEDICARE - Some medicare advantage programs and/or long term insurance policies will cover some or all of the costs for non-medical, personal assistance services.  The potential client will need to contact their insurance company to find out whether or not there is coverage.

 

3. WAIVER PROGRAM UNDER MEDICAID - If the client qualifies for medical assistance (medicaid), they may qualify for a waiver that will cover the entire cost for homecare.  PA Residents should call an Independent Enrollment Broker 1-877-550-4227 and let them know you are interested in applying for a waiver for Personal Assistance Services.
